Products of stainless steel, carbon steel and bronze between 0,2 - 14 kgs in weight have been manufacturing through hot forging methods for the sectors mainly automotive industries,agricultural,hydraulic machinery industries in complying with customer specifications and world technical norms. From the stage of technical drawing (CAD) of the required piece to moulding, solid modelling (CAM) and construction of direct mould in CNC vertical process centers are all completed internally. Adhering control basis during production, SER MAK undertakes all traceability and heat treatment responsibilities in handling chippings of the forged materials if demanded and all deliveries are carried out by performing final controls and reportings.
